BNN is based on the need to transform the potential of the largest generation of young people in history: 1.2 billion people (one sixth of the world's population) aged between 15 and 24, referred to in the programme as "B!ll!
The future lies in the skills, knowledge and talents of these young men and women who, collectively, urgently need policies and programmes to ensure their access to sexual and reproductive health services and their social and economic empowerment.
